MULTIPLE, SMALL MEALS
Scientific and medical research has clearly shown that eating small, multiple meals with at least 5 grams of protein, the right amount of complex carbohydrates, and the right fats is the way people should eat. This will not only help your weight but improve your health.
The Smart for Life Program was created to help you easily follow these guidelines by offering healthy, pre-portioned meals that are convenient, don’t require cooking, and taste amazing. Because you’re eating multiple small meals that are high in protein and fiber, you won’t be hungry like you would be on many other diets.
HOW TO FOLLOW THE DIET
- Eat 6 cookies a day with water
- Drink 8 glasses of water a day
- Eat 1 meal of lean meat and non-starchy veggies a day
3. Plan Meals
As part of the Smart for Life Diet, a light dinner should be included consisting of a lean protein and non-starchy vegetables.
